Before you write
We cannot give investment, tax or legal advice, and we cannot see your broker account. For questions about a balance, a trade or a withdrawal, contact your executing broker. Its details came with your identity checks. Please do not send passwords, card numbers or identity documents by email. We will never ask for them.
Complaints
Write to the complaints address with your name, the email you used on the form, and what happened. We acknowledge it within 48 business hours. Complaints about trading, money or accounts may also have to go to the broker, which has its own route and, where one applies, an ombudsman or dispute scheme.
Report a fake website or fraud
Scammers copy trading names, and ours is no exception. Our only official domains are mettlevouch.io and www.mettlevouch.io. If you see a lookalike site, a celebrity advert, or a caller who claims to be from Mettlevouch, send the address or a screenshot to [email protected]. Then tell your bank if you paid anything, and report it to your national fraud-reporting service. Do not engage with the sender.
What to put in your email
A short message works best. Say which page you were on, what you expected and what happened. Add the email address you used on the form, if you used one, so we can find the entry. We reply in the order messages arrive during the hours above, and a message sent on Saturday waits until Monday.
